Returns

If you’re looking to return your products for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method. The buyer will be responsible for purchasing a return shipping label. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping label(s) and cost(s).  

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return, including pictures of the products to be returned.
  2. Wait for a return acknowledgement email from us. 
  3. Purchase a shipping label and send all items back to us.

Additional Information:

  • Returns will be processed once received. If the products are unused/unworn/undamaged, a refund will be initiated. 
  • Lost or damaged returns are the responsibility of the buyer. If a return is lost, a refund will not be initiated. If a return is damaged, the buyer will only be refunded for the undamaged products that were unworn/unused.
